By accessing and using the Sink Souls Travels website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Payment

When you make a booking:

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to make the booking
• All information provided must be accurate and complete
• Payment is required upfront as per the booking confirmation
• A non-refundable booking confirmation fee may apply
• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed

3. Traveler Eligibility

Travelers must be in good physical health and able to participate in the activities outlined in the trip itinerary. Sink Souls Travels reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unable to safely participate in the trip.

4. Cancellation Policy

5. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits) required for the destination. Sink Souls Travels is not responsible for denied entry or visa rejections.

6. Liability and Insurance

Sink Souls Travels acts as a facilitator and is not liable for accidents, injuries, theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip. Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended and is the traveler's responsibility.

7. Force Majeure

Sink Souls Travels is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or delays caused by events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Behavioral Conduct

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Sink Souls Travels reserves the right to exclude any traveler from the trip for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.
