Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeline
Refunds are issued based on when the cancellation is requested relative to the trip departure date:
60+ Days Before Departure
80% refund. Non-refundable booking confirmation fee retained.
30-59 Days Before Departure
50% refund. Remaining amount credited as travel voucher (valid for 12 months).
15-29 Days Before Departure
25% refund. Remaining amount credited as travel voucher (valid for 12 months).
Less than 15 Days Before Departure
No refund. Full amount retained or can be transferred to another trip (subject to availability).
Travel Vouchers
- Travel vouchers are valid for 12 months from the original trip date
- Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used for future Sink Souls Travels trips
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
- Unused vouchers expire after 12 months
How to Cancel
- Contact us via email at sinksoulstravel@gmail.com or WhatsApp
- Provide your booking reference number
- Submit cancellation request in writing
- We will process your request and issue refund/voucher within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Company Cancellations
In the rare event that Sink Souls Travels cancels a trip (due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or safety concerns), affected travelers will receive a full refund or can be transferred to an alternative trip at no additional cost.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your trip without prior communication, the full amount will be forfeited. No refund or voucher will be issued.
Note:
This refund policy applies to bookings made directly through sinksoulstravels.com. Bookings made through third-party platforms may have different cancellation policies.
